Lune De Miel
係未成立Lune De Miel 之前, 我既正職係一個會計師, 每日對住D數字, 覺得人生好似冇乜意義, 直到我開左一間網站賣蛋糕, 漸漸得到一份工作以外既滿足感, 激發左我對烘焙既熱情, 於是遠赴藍帶修讀Pastry diploma, 畢業後回港開我既 Bakery.
我知道我既作品未必係最好, 但裡面充滿住我既 passion, 而呢一份passion 就係一種獨特既材料, 令我既作品與別不同
After graduated from Le Cordon Bleu London, I open my own patisserie, Lune De Miel, in Kowloon Bay, offering cake orders and cake making workshop. I always know my product may not be the best, but they fully reflect my passion in baking.
